About the RoleAre you a passionate automotive and engineering professional ready to inspire the next generation of talent? Harrogate College are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team!
In this rewarding role, you will be at the heart of our vocational training, directly assessing and mentoring learners through their Level 2 Autocare Technician and Level 3 Light Motor Vehicle Maintenance apprenticeships. Beyond hands-on assessing, you will take on a pivotal leadership role, managing and developing additional apprenticeship programs that align with our engineering subject sector area. This role will require you to work flexibly across locations.
Youll play a crucial part in bridging the gap between classroom learning and practical workplace skills, guiding apprentices as they launch their careers.
