Credit Hire Paralegal – Birmingham Our client is seeking an experienced Litigation Executive to join its thriving Motor team, specialising in complex Intermediate and Multi-Track Credit Hire claims. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and technically strong professional to manage a high-value litigated caseload independently, while also playing a key role in mentoring and supporting junior colleagues. You'll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team acting on behalf of leading motor insurance clients. The Role Working within our established Motor department, you will: Independently manage a caseload of complex, high-value litigated Credit Hire matters (Intermediate and Multi-Track) Draft and file court documents with precision and attention to detail Lead negotiations to drive claims toward effective and commercial resolution Progress cases through multiple stages of litigation Provide training, guidance and supervision to junior team members Deliver exceptional client service while ensuring compliance with procedural and internal standards About You We are looking for someone who has: Approximately 4 years' experience handling high-value litigated Credit Hire claims A proven ability to manage a complex caseload independently Strong negotiation, organisational and communication skills Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to case strategy Formal legal qualifications are advantageous; however, demonstrable hands-on experience and technical capability are essential Why Join Our Client?
