We are looking for a professional sales professional who will support this home to increase occupancy. You will deliver a full range of sales and marketing approaches to drive sales including handling enquiries, developing the digital profile of the home and networking with the local community. Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries Supporting local and wider marketing activities togenerate enquiries,drive conversion rates and increase occupancy Identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance NEED TO HAVE: Have proven sales and marketing experience preferably in healthcare but not essential Have the ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application
