Who You Are You are an experienced professional with a background in contact centre operations and basic business administration. What the Job Involves The role is based in Sutton Council's Customer Experience Contact Centre for a minimum of a 6-month placement. During initial training, the work is office-based with flexibility to work hybrid once you are up to speed.
