For Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Pharmacists, Physiotherapists, and ParamedicsLocation: Torquay (Hybrid - South West England)Salary: £39,500 + 10% bonus + benefits
Full-time and Part-time roles available
About the Role:Join a supportive and inclusive team as a Disability Assessor. This role offers a great work-life balance with no weekends, night shifts, or long hours. Work from home most of the week with just two days at the assessment centre.
What You'll Do:Speak with people claiming disability benefits (PIP or WCA), either by phone or in person.
Assess various conditions - physical, mental health, cognitive, and sensory. Complete functional assessments and write detailed reports. All appointments are arranged for you—no admin work.
Who We're Looking For:You must be a registered:Nurse (Adult, Mental Health, Learning Disability, or
General)Occupational TherapistParamedicPhysiotherapistPharmacist (with NHS or GP practice experience)Important: We cannot offer visa sponsorship for this role. Benefits:Free Recruitment- no fees to apply. No Nights or Weekends- work Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.Generous Holidays- 33 days including bank holidays.
Training & Support- full training provided + professional fees covered. Hybrid Work- 3 days at home, 2 days on site.
