Sales & Operations Manager (Roofing / Construction Materials)

Liversedge, West Yorkshire

Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

I’m working with a well-established, family-run manufacturer in the roofing and steel reinforcement sector who are looking to appoint a Sales & Operations Manager to support their next phase of growth.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for both driving sales performance and ensuring the day-to-day operation runs smoothly. You’ll be working closely with the directors and will play a key part in how the business moves forward.

The role:

• Managing and developing the sales function, driving revenue from both new and existing customers
• Overseeing daily operations to ensure everything runs efficiently
• Handling quotations and customer orders, ensuring accuracy and turnaround times are met
• Acting as the link between sales and production to improve overall performance
• Managing internal systems and ensuring data is kept up to date
• Supporting compliance with industry accreditations
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
