• Lead and manage your own preschool room, delivering high-quality learning experiences
• Plan and implement EYFS-based activities that support all areas of development
• Foster children's communication and language, physical development, and personal, social and emotional wellbeing
• Create a stimulating, inclusive, and safe learning environment
• Observe, assess, and record children's progress, contributing to learning journeys
• Work collaboratively with parents, carers, and the wider nursery team

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Experience in leading a room or working within a preschool setting
• Passionate about child development and early learning
• Confident, nurturing, and able to create a classroom-style environment within a nursery setting
