Job Description Real Estate Finance Solicitor \n Location: Reading Experience: 4+ Years PQE Salary: Competitive + Excellent Benefits \n An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Real Estate Finance Solicitor (4+ years PQE) to join the highly regarded Real Estate Finance team of a Legal 100 law firm with a strong national presence. \n Recognised for delivering exceptional legal advice to a diverse client base, the firm advises banks, alternative lenders, institutional investors, developers, borrowers and corporate occupiers on a broad range of complex real estate finance transactions. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team handling high-quality work across multiple sectors. \n The Role \n Working closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers, you will advise on a wide range of real estate finance matters, including: \n \n Acquisition and investment finance \n Development finance \n Refinancing and restructuring transactions \n Property portfolio financing \n Secured lending for banks and alternative lenders \n Acting for borrowers, lenders and investors across a range of commercial property transactions \n Drafting and negotiating finance and security documentation \n Managing transactions from instruction through to completion \n Building and maintaining strong client relationships while contributing to business development initiatives \n \n About You \n The successful candidate will have: \n \n A minimum of 4 years' PQE gained within a recognised real estate finance or banking team \n Strong technical knowledge of real estate finance and secured lending transactions \n Experience acting for lenders, borrowers or both on commercial property finance matters \n Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills \n Strong organisational abilities with the confidence to manage matters independently \n A commercial approach and genuine enthusiasm for building lasting client relationships \n The ability to work effectively within a collaborative, national team environment \n \n The Firm \n This Legal 100 firm has built an outstanding reputation for delivering commercial, pragmatic advice to clients ranging from major financial institutions and national developers to owner-managed businesses and investors.
