In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing account strategies that deliver sustainable, profitable growth. Working closely with Amazon stakeholders, you'll identify new business opportunities, influence product ranging decisions, optimise trading performance, and ensure the successful delivery of commercial objectives.

You will play a pivotal role in accelerating sales growth, maximising profitability, and strengthening our strategic partnership with Amazon across key product categories.
You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Finance teams to ensure alignment across all areas of the business, delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving key performance targets. Through detailed analysis, regular business reviews, and proactive account management, you'll help unlock growth opportunities and drive category success.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and develop the Amazon account to deliver sales, profit, and market share growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key Amazon stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with business objectives.
- Analyse sales performance, customer trends, and market opportunities to identify areas for growth.
- Contribute regular business reviews and present actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of promotional, marketing, and operational initiatives.
- Influence product ranging, assortment planning, and category development opportunities.
- Monitor commercial performance and implement actions to optimise profitability.
- Use data and insights to build compelling commercial proposals and selling stories.
- Support the ongoing development of a strong, strategic partnership with Amazon.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in Key Account Management working across area including sales, range building, analytics & Merchandising & buying.
- Direct experience managing Amazon/Ecommerce accounts within a consumer goods, retail, or branded environment.
- Demonstrable track record of delivering consistent commercial growth and business results.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.
- Ability to translate insights into compelling commercial recommendations and business cases.
- Excellent negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Good understanding of commercial and financial principles.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
- Knowledge and understanding of competition law.
- Flexibility to undertake occasional travel across the UK, Ireland, and internationally.
