A senior in-house opportunity for an employment litigation solicitor with strong restrictive covenant and team move experience to join a leading financial services business. This role sits within a small, high-calibre legal team supporting a fast-growing division of the business. You will act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, taking ownership of complex employee competition matters and providing strategic, commercial advice. Key responsibilities include: Advising on the enforceability and scope of restrictive covenants Managing team move disputes and related High Court litigation Drafting cease and desist letters and pre-action correspondence Negotiating settlement and release agreements Partnering closely with HR on risk mitigation and process improvement Delivering training to HR and business teams Managing external counsel and reporting to senior leadership About you: UK-qualified employment litigation solicitor Strong experience in restrictive covenants and employee competition disputes High Court litigation and/or complex pre-action experience Background in private practice or in-house (financial services or regulated environment) Commercial, pragmatic approach with strong stakeholder skills London-based preferred, with flexibility for strong candidates elsewhere in the UK.41bf1e1f-b16b-4260-a40a-17c77a06fd15
