Are you a driven professional seeking to make an impact in an Estates & Services role? We're looking to recruit experianced admin staff to join our Estates Team.

Position: Permanent
Salary: 30,080 per year
Location:Torrington Avenue, Coventry
Hours: 37 per week, Monday Thursday 8am to 4pm. Friday 8am to 3.30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- To support and monitor work and action plans.
- To carry out Data inputting to ensure up to date records are kept and targets are adhered to.
- To work as a team with other Citizen staff.
- To call customers and arrange collection of Bulky items.
- To close jobs once completed.
- To collate weekly figures and distribute to managers.
- All other general admin duties as requested.
Qualifications and experience:
We need you to have general admin duties as part of the role including
- Production of reports and stats for presentation.
- Experience of dealing with customers verbally as required along with proven
- excellent customer services.
- A good understanding of Data Protection & Confidentiality is always essential.
- Knowledge of IT systems such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Ability to be able to switch to different systems during the week.
