Job Description:
Working within the Future Combat Air System (FCAS) programme, this role offers the opportunity to be part of an innovative and forward-thinking security function helping to protect people, information, technology and critical capabilities. As part of a growing multidisciplinary team, you will support the operation of access controls, sensitive information and security processes that enable some of BAE Systems’ most significant and strategically important programmes to operate securely and effectively.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of a modern, multinational approach to security, supporting highly sensitive and multi-layered defence programmes. Working closely with a range of stakeholders across the business, you will gain exposure to evolving security practices, develop specialist knowledge and play an important role in shaping and strengthening the future security framework of BAE Systems. Many roles also require higher levels of National Security Vetting where applicants must typically have 5 to 10 years of continuous residency in the UK depending on the vetting level required for the role, to allow for meaningful security vetting checks.
