Warehouse Administrator
Milton Keynes
14.50 per hour
Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Full-Time, Onsite
Temporary Assignment (up to 1 month initially, with potential extension)

We are currently seeking a highly organised Warehouse Administrator to join a busy operations team in Milton Keynes. This is a varied administrative role supporting project, logistics, warehouse, and travel coordination activities. The initial assignment is expected to last up to one month, with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel Coordination

  • Manage travel booking requests from project teams.
  • Liaise with travel providers and submit travel enquiries.
  • Track and follow up on outstanding travel requests.
  • Ensure travel bookings are completed and communicated to requestors.

Purchase Orders & Project Costing

  • Raise Purchase Orders (POs) for travel and project-related requirements.
  • Allocate and split costs against relevant Sales Orders (SOs) and project jobs.
  • Raise DHL Purchase Orders against project Sales Orders.
  • Maintain commercial invoices against relevant POs.
  • Process intercompany invoices as required.

Shipping & Logistics Administration

  • Create and manage commercial invoices and delivery documentation.
  • Produce delivery notes and shipment paperwork.
  • Coordinate courier bookings, collections, and outbound shipments.
  • Monitor shipment progress and follow up on outstanding deliveries.
  • Confirm deliveries have arrived on site and escalate any issues where necessary.

NetSuite Administration

  • Receive goods into NetSuite.
  • Process order fulfilment within the system.
  • Ensure all transactions are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Warehouse Support

  • Provide warehouse cover as required.
  • Receive and process incoming deliveries.
  • Prepare goods for shipment and manage collection bookings.
  • Support inventory and logistics activities when needed.

General Administration

  • Update project and logistics trackers.
  • Assist with ordering equipment and project materials.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider operations and project teams.
  • Undertake additional tasks as required to support business needs.
