An industry-leading architecture consultancy is seeking a driven and forward-thinking Sustainability Consultant to play a key role in delivering innovative, sustainability-led projects across a diverse and high-profile portfolio. You'll join a team at the forefront of design excellence, shaping the future of the built environment through impactful, cutting-edge solutions. Working closely with design teams and external stakeholders, the successful candidate will play a key role in managing BREEAM assessments from early concept through to final certification. Strong project coordination skills and clear communication are essential. Experience with assessment platforms such as TrackerPlus or IES Tap would be beneficial, although full training is provided. BREEAM AP accreditation is welcomed but not a requirement. Key Responsibilities * Managing BREEAM assessments from inception through to completion * Preparing BREEAM pre-assessments and advising on early-stage sustainability strategies * Coordinating and delivering design stage submissions * Managing post-construction reviews and certification evidence * Delegating tasks and supporting team members to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery * Assisting with project administration, financial tracking, and resourcing * Supporting the continuous improvement of internal BREEAM processes and workflows Candidate Profile * Excellent organisational and communication skills * A strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities * Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team * Flexible, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced project environment * Committed to working in line with company policies and professional standards * Motivated to develop professionally, with active engagement in CPD activities This opportunity would suit a sustainability professional looking to develop their career within a progressive, design-led consultancy.
