About Your New Job

As the Sales Manager,you will:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious company objectives.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring continuous professional growth.
  • Analyse sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

What Skills You Need as Sales Manager
