We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Management Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of building and refurbishment projects across a broad geographical area. This role is well suited to a professional with a strong background in building surveying, excellent stakeholder management capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.
In this role, you will:
You'll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of building, refurbishment, and maintenance projects across multiple sites, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Acting as the client representative, they will lead project planning, procurement, and execution, while coordinating internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve high-quality outcomes.
The role also involves providing technical expertise, undertaking surveys and feasibility assessments, managing project risks, and ensuring full compliance with planning, regulatory, and statutory requirements. A strong focus is placed on health and safety leadership, including CDM compliance, contractor oversight, and promoting a proactive safety culture.
In addition, the role will oversee supplier performance, manage contracts, and drive continuous improvement in project delivery, asset performance, and customer experience.
