Runnymede Family Centre are recruiting!
We are looking to recruit a full-time family support worker.
Surrey Family Centres are a commissioned service supporting families with complex and multiple needs with children aged 0-19 years/25 (SEND) years. The Family Support team receive targeted referrals from Surrey County Council's cSPA.
The Family Support Worker meets the allocated family on a regular basis and provides support and signposting through a bespoke programme of work, focused on the child or young person and their family's targeted needs. Our ambition is to empower the parents and carers with new knowledge and skills, while also building resilience and providing essential emotional support. The Family Support Worker will be based at the Family Centre in New Haw, Runnymede, and will be a supportive contact for children, young people, families and professionals.
