This is a **home-based role** , where you will start and finish your working day from your home location while travelling to customer sites across your assigned geographical area. You will have a high level of autonomy, using your technical expertise to diagnose issues, resolve problems, and ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at every opportunity. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role. **Key Responsibilities** Complete warranty and chargeable repairs, breakdowns, and service visits Diagnose technical issues and coordinate effective solutions to ensure timely resolution Maintain accurate service records, reports, and performance documentation Provide professional and reliable customer support while representing Carrieru2019s values Deliver best-in-class customer service at every interaction Work collaboratively with internal teams, including Sales and Service teams, to support business growth Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational performance **Required Qualifications & Experience** ACS Qualified Gas Engineer certification required CCN1 and CENWAT mandatory LPG and Commercial qualifications desirable Demonstrable technical experience gained within the HVAC, heating, or related industry Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently while managing a regional workload **Desirable Skills & Experience** Heat Pump experience F-Gas certification Experience working with modern heating and energy-efficient technologies **Why Join Carrier?** At Carrier, you will have the opportunity to work with industry-leading technology, develop your technical expertise, and be part of a team focused on creating sustainable solutions for customers worldwide. **Carrier is An Equal** **Opportunity/Affirmative** **Action Employer.
