The Role Manage the finance function, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards. Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions. Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Support strategic decision-making with financial analysis. Collaborate with internal departments to optimise financial performance. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management. Monitor cash flow and implement cost-saving strategies. Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors as required. Requirements Fully Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), Part Qualified or Qualified by Experience in Accounting or Finance. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards. Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience within the industrial or manufacturing sector is advantageous. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
