Your new role As General Practice Partner, you will play a key role in managing and expanding a varied client portfolio, providing expert guidance across audit, accounts, and tax services. You will be central to maintaining strong client relationships, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to the strategic development of the firm. Alongside your technical responsibilities, you will be actively involved in business development and practice management, working closely with fellow partners to drive continued growth and success.
