We're partnered with a highly reputable global brand as they embark upon a procurement transformation with an emerging segment of their business.

As part of the transformation they are seeking several Global Category Managers to join their Indirect Procurement team across Europe, with bases in Belgium, Frances, Spain & Poland.

This is an exciting opportunity for a procurement professional who thrives in business partnering, shaping best practice, and influencing stakeholders in a complex, evolving environment.

What we're looking for:

• Strong Indirect Procurement background within a global matrix organisational structure
• Demonstrable expertise in IT procurement (SaaS and software tools highly beneficial).
• CIPS qualified (or equivalent) with a track record in savings delivery, value tracking, and reporting
• The ability to partner with the business, influence non-procurement-savvy stakeholders, and embed good procurement practice even where it's been challenging before.
• Experience working with data, systems, and tools - and the resilience to bring clarity where things aren't yet streamlined.

Location & ways of working: Currently remote with office based throughout the UK & Europe, but the organisation is moving toward a hybrid model in the medium term, so candidates must be commutable to a based location & should be open to occasional travel.
