What You'll Do

As the Global TA Strategy & Governance Senior Manager, you will play a key leadership role in shaping BCGs talent acquisition strategy by leading high-impact strategic initiatives, driving change adoption, managing senior stakeholder relationships, and enabling our WW TA governance and communications. Youll lead core workstreams within high priority programs for BCG (e.g., future BCG talent needs or TA operating models), drive coordination across the WW TA leadership team, and help align the TA function with BCGs strategic goals. In this cross-functional, highly visible role, you will translate strategy into operational action plans, support global governance forums, and ensure clear, compelling communications that drive engagement and alignment across the organization.

Specific areas of responsibility will include:

• Strategic Project Management: Lead high-impact strategic initiatives, managing workstreams and delivering content for senior decision making forums. These can include scaling global recruitment efforts, optimizing operating models, and driving strategic alignment across teams.
• Change Management & Governance: Lead change management efforts across the TA function, serving as a key advisor to provide insights, frame challenges, and ensure alignment across teams and functions. Manage the change roadmap for major projects, overseeing governance structures to ensure efficient execution and minimize disruptions across global teams.
• Senior Stakeholder Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, including MDPs and XDs, managing strategic interactions, collaborating cross-functionally and ensuring alignment on priorities. Oversee regular connects as part of our WW TA governance, content preparation, and meeting cadence, e.g., for TA, People and Business leadership.
• Content Development & Communications: Create compelling narratives and content for leadership meetings, townhalls, and external engagements on behalf of the senior leadership ensuring alignment with broader BCG objectives. Drive internal communications for global TA initiatives and manage relationships with external partners/vendors for market intelligence.

• Leading large scale strategic workstreams, structuring complex initiatives with clear objectives, and driving them through to impactful outcomes.
• Building and managing relationships at all levels across BCG, leveraging interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and align teams with strategic goals.
• Developing clear, concise messaging for diverse audiences, delivering high-impact communications, and influencing outcomes through compelling content.
• Applying strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to package complex topics to facilitate discussion and advance the strategic agenda.
• Balancing multiple priorities effectively, delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines, demonstrating a proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.

What You'll Bring

• A proven track record of developing and leading large-scale strategic initiatives, managing senior stakeholder relationships, and driving communications across global teams
• Demonstrated ability to align TA strategies with business goals, showing understanding and tact in a complex organizational structure
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Ideally five+ years of relevant experience in HR, change management or strategy consulting, preferred within a global organization

Who You'll Work With

Youll be part of BCGs Global Talent Acquisition team, reporting into the GTA Strategy & Governance Senior Director. You will also work closely with our Executive Director for Global TA, Recruiting MDPs across BCG, our WW TA Strategic Leadership Team, TA Teams across BCG and our Global People Leadership groups. At times, you will partner with consulting teams to deliver our strategic projects work. You also work closely with our Tech and Analytics centres of excellence who provide delivery support to our team.
