The Role
This is a senior leadership position based full time in Ballycastle. You’ll manage a team of five technical support specialists, own our warranty process, and deliver product training both online and in person. You’ll sit on the myenergi Ireland senior management team and work closely with our GB knowledge base to keep Ireland aligned and ahead.
We’re open to an experienced electrician ready to come off the tools, or a technically strong candidate eager to step into management. Full product training will be provided.

• Local to Ballycastle or able to relocate — this role is fully on-site
• Comfortable presenting to groups and explaining technical content clearly
• A natural people leader — coaching and developing others
• Organised, process-driven, and detail-focused
• Keen to learn Safe Electric and NICEIC/NAPIT frameworks if not already familiar
• Experience with EV chargers or solar installations is a bonus, not a requirement
