Key responsibilities include:Supervision of technical functions of Haematology UnitResponsible for quality assurance within Haematology UnitAssist with the writing and maintenance of appropriate departmental policies and procedures and ensures continued compliance with Joint Commission International Accreditation and Canada Accreditation requirements
Assist with quality improvement practices, and outcome measurements. Prepare and provide associated general and statistical reports as required by the Department of PathologyLiaises with the Chief of Pathology to ensure accountability and acceptable turn-around-times for all inpatient/outpatient studies The offer
