Highways Site Manager Highways Site Manager Your new company You’ll be joining a leading civil engineering contractor with a strong reputation for delivering complex highways and infrastructure projects across the UK. Your new role As Site Manager, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day site operations on a major highways scheme. You’ll coordinate subcontractors, manage site teams, ensure compliance with health & safety standards, and drive programme delivery. You’ll report to the Project Manager and play a key role in stakeholder communication and site progress reporting.
