We’re Hiring: UK HR Manager | London (Hybrid)

We are currently looking for an experienced UK HR Manager to join our London team and play a key role in shaping our people strategy during an exciting phase of growth.

About the Role

This is a strategic and hands-on HR leadership position where you will:

  • Partner with senior business leaders to drive talent and organisational strategy
  • Lead HR operations across the UK, with potential exposure to wider European markets
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to exit
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, UK employment law, and compliance
  • Deliver insight through HR reporting, including attrition and engagement metrics
  • Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and diversity initiatives
  • Collaborate with global HR teams and international stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

  • 10–12 years’ HR experience, ideally within IT services or a fast-paced global environment
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR operations
  • Proven experience working with senior stakeholders
  • Experience working with international teams
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • CIPD or equivalent HR qualification preferred
  • A passion for building high-performing, engaged teams
