We are currently looking for an experienced UK HR Manager to join our London team and play a key role in shaping our people strategy during an exciting phase of growth.
About the Role
This is a strategic and hands-on HR leadership position where you will:
- Partner with senior business leaders to drive talent and organisational strategy
- Lead HR operations across the UK, with potential exposure to wider European markets
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to exit
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, UK employment law, and compliance
- Deliver insight through HR reporting, including attrition and engagement metrics
- Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and diversity initiatives
- Collaborate with global HR teams and international stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- 10–12 years’ HR experience, ideally within IT services or a fast-paced global environment
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR operations
- Proven experience working with senior stakeholders
- Experience working with international teams
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- CIPD or equivalent HR qualification preferred
- A passion for building high-performing, engaged teams
