Your New Company
Lennoxvale is delighted to be conducting a market search on behalf of a prominent Northern Irish Public / Private Company for a Senior Company Lawyer to join their In House Legal team, for a maternity cover contract. The companys Head Office is based in Belfast City Centre.

Your New Role
In your new role as the Senior Company Lawyer, you will provide specialised senior legal support to General Counsel, Senior Legal Counsel, CEO, Executives, and senior managers, to ensure that the business receives the legal and related support necessary to enable the effective delivery of their objectives and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks.

What You Need To Succeed
As the Senior Company Lawyer you will;
High value or high-profile legal disputes or challenges (ii) or complex and high value legal transactions.
Proven ability to build trusted relationships and effectively communicate with, influence at senior management level.
Ability to delicately manage sensitive and confidential matters.
Experience in commercial property/developments/estates matters (not solely domestic conveyancing) is desirable.
