JOB TITLE: Protection Adviser / Insurance Broker
SALARY: £100,000 OTE (Competitive Salary £35,000 - £40,000 plus uncapped commission structure)
LOCATION: Remote/Hybrid/Office Based

Join a thriving team at a market-leading firm. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced protection adviser with at least 3 years’ experience in giving protection advice, ideally with previous experience in writing wills and trusts.
All leads are provided.These leads are from clients currently using the firm for mortgage advice. The business writes around 100 mortgage cases per month with no insurance advisers.
For ambitious brokers, the firm operates a "Progression to Partnership Programme", through which you can become a shareholder and executive within the business.
LOCATION: Remote / Home Based or Hybrid
Successful candidates will need to commit to a training and onboarding period at head office in Exeter, Devon. Once completed, you’ll have the option to work remotely from home or, if you prefer, in a hybrid capacity from both home and the office in Exeter.
