Interim People Advisor – Immediate Start Required Location: Lanarkshire (Hybrid – 3 days on-site) Rate: Equivalent to £37–38k Contract: Now until end of May (initially) Start Date: ASAP I’m supporting a well‑known organisation seeking an experienced Interim People Advisor to join their HR Operations team immediately. This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a varied generalist role with visibility across the business and the potential for a longer‑term/permanent opportunity (though not guaranteed at this stage).
