This is a pivotal role at the heart of Consulting. As Resource Manager, you'll lead the national Consulting Resourcing Team, helping shape how we deploy our people to meet client demand, support development goals, and drive profitability. You'll be instrumental in embedding agile, demand-led resourcing across the practice, supporting our FY26 priorities and enabling dynamic, multi-disciplinary teams to thrive.
You'll work closely with the Resource Management Lead and Consulting Leadership to deliver a consistent, strategic approach to resource planning, exam training, and utilisation. If you're passionate about people, operations and making things better, this is your chance to make a real impact.
