You will be responsible for

  • Providing support to your IS Manager.
  • Maintain and manage relevant documentation.
  • Ensure that the Technical Support call queue is kept within a manageable size. 
  • Ensure all documentation, including asset register is kept updated in conjunction with other teams and 3rd party provider

You will need

  • Previous experience in an IT Support role is beneficial but not essential if the candidate can show a willingness to learn and develop
  • Good understanding of Retail IT hardware and software. 
  • An understanding of MIDAS (Booker's stock and sales system) is an advantage but not compulsory.
