German Speaking IT Applications Analyst Manchester/Hybrid working Our client is a Global leader in their field, boasting a muti billion-dollar revenue increasing year on year. They are looking to an IT Applications Analyst fluent to a professional standard in German to complement their Manchester Applications support team. You will predominantly support German language enterprise applications, although you will also be tasked to work on others.
You will troubleshoot issues as they arise and offer support in the installation, maintenance and upgrades on a range of applications. This is a front facing role offering support to users and so exceptional communication skills are vital. Our client is a Microsoft house, although they also have a number of applications that are specific to them and their sector.
Training can be offered on applications you may not be familiar with. They pride themselves on the ongoing professional development opportunities and are always keen to engage with individuals that look to embrace technology and challenge it. Key skills and experience required: It is ESSENTIAL that you can demonstrate both verbal and written German language skills to a professional standard - please do not apply if you cannot evidence this Experience of supporting Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Windows Server, M365, in addition to other enterprise applications Experience working with SQL An understanding of administration and maintenance of relational databases used by supported applications An awareness of methods of widely deploying and configuring enterprise software utilising tools such as SCCM, Intune, Group Policy or similar Ideally you will have experience of working within a large, multi-office environment There is a requirement to be onsite in Manchester 3 days a week and so you must live within easy commute of central Manchester to be considered for the role.
