IT Project/Programme Manager - Guidewire
Location: London (Hybrid)
Start Date: ASAP (target 1st April)
Eligibility: British Citizens only
Industry: Financial Services (Privatised Insurance)

IT Project/Programme Managers with strong Guidewire experience required to support a major transformation programme within the Commercial Insurance space.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Guidewire projects/programmes end-to-end
• Manage scope, timelines, budget, and risks
• Work closely with business, IT, and third-party teams
• Oversee implementation, integration, and upgrades (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter)
• Support testing, release, and deployment activities
• Provide clear stakeholder reporting and governance

Key Requirements

• 6-8+ years' experience in IT Project/Programme Management
• Strong experience delivering Guidewire solutions
• Background in commercial insurance
• Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Guidewire Cloud experience
• Experience with data migration/system integration
• Certifications (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile)
