About the Opportunity We're looking for an IT Systems Engineer who enjoys problem-solving and collaborating to provide first, second, and third line support for Defence IT systems. What you'll do: Support and maintain a virtual server environment (VMware) Provide assistance for Windows 10 and Windows Server 2012/2016 platforms Maintain VTC equipment and ensure smooth operation Administer Active Directory Install and configure PCs, servers, printers, and peripherals Diagnose and resolve LAN and WAN issues Log and escalate faults and service requests Maintain crypto equipment (including firmware loading This role is on-site due to system classification. Our team works flexibly to ensure coverage during working hours, and there are no out-of-hours service level agreements for this system.
