The Role

Reporting to a Senior Principal, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality consulting projects and supporting wider team success.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing end-to-end project delivery (analysis, workshops, client presentations)
• Leading client meetings and facilitating discussions
• Developing compelling business development presentations and proposals
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members
• Staying up to date with pharmaceutical industry trends and developments
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working in a consultancy environment (life sciences/pharma preferred)
• Proven track record of managing projects from initiation to completion
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical product development and commercialisation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
