• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for live Linux-based environments, ensuring systems stay within SLA/KPI thresholds

• Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot Linux servers and applications via a ticketing system

• Automate routine tasks and document technical procedures for team use and rapid resolution

• Train and mentor junior team members to help strengthen overall capability

• Work closely with Service Managers and escalate critical issues appropriately

• Strong Linux system administration skills across RHEL (5.x-9.x) and Debian (10.x, 11.x)

• Scripting in Bash, Python, or KSH, with Ansible automation experience

• Understanding of virtualization tools (VMware), backup solutions (NetApp, Cohesity), and storage systems (SAN)

• Knowledge of legacy UNIX (Solaris) and general security frameworks

• Ability to obtain and maintain SC Clearance is essential
