Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £30,960 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: West Norfolk based in King’s Lynn
Pension: 4.5% employer contribution

We are looking for a Locality Manager to lead our services in King’s Lynn, including managing the local office, overseeing outreach provision and supporting staff and volunteers to deliver high‑quality advice.
You will play a key role in ensuring our services are accessible, effective and responsive to local need, while maintaining strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the day‑to‑day operation of local advice services
- Supporting, supervising and developing staff and volunteers
- Maintaining advice quality through case checking and quality assurance
- Ensuring accurate outcomes recording and reporting
- Helping develop and extend services to support more people
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is values‑driven and committed to social justice and equality
- Has experience in advice services or a similar environment
- Understands safeguarding and referral processes
- Has strong communication, organisational and IT skills
- Has experience supporting or managing volunteers
