We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator based out of our Yate depot.

What you’ll do:
Coordinate and manage on-time movement of equipment to/from the Yate warehouse for local and global events—liaising with internal teams and external logistics partners to prioritise and expedite deliveries.
Own TRA and GRN processes for outgoing and incoming kit: raise and chase TRA paperwork, perform timely count-in and GRN, and produce clear discrepancy reports.
Source and procure service parts and consumables — obtain quotations, raise i2B requisitions, and work with Procurement to ensure purchase orders are issued promptly.
Maintain accurate asset ownership and fleet records: update M3 and the fixed asset register, complete asset transfer/disposal/reinstatement forms, and reconcile with Finance.
Operate and maintain an outbound tracker to provide tight control and visibility of equipment locations, ensuring ownership accuracy and audit readiness
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
Highly motivated, “can-do” team player with the confidence to work on your own initiative and take ownership of tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Essential experience with a Service Mobility ERP system — able to navigate and use ERP tools day-to-day to manage workflows and assets.
Strong planner and organiser with excellent time-management skills, flexibility to work extended hours, and willingness to travel when required.
Highly analytical with advanced Excel proficiency, excellent keyboard skills, and strong overall computer literacy for accurate reporting and reconciliation.
Clear, professional verbal and written communicator with a commitment to safety, accuracy, and delivering high-quality results.
