An Evesham based food manufacturer are looking to recruit an experienced multi skilled Maintenance Engineer for their modern production facility. As a multi skilled Maintenance Engineer you will provide engineering support to the production area and be responsible for reactive and proactive maintenance of plant, equipment, and any auxiliary systems. Rotating 3 Shift System (no nights!) 1 = Mon to Fri 6am - 3pm2 = Mon to Fri 10am - 7pm3 = Tues - Sat 8am - 5pm
This is a great opportunity to work in a modern food manufacturer that is seeing significant investment being made across multiple sites in the group with the aim of becoming number one in their sector. Salary c£40-£55k dependent on experience. + Company benefits Key responsibilities of Maintenance Engineer: Assist team to work towards maximum plant and equipment efficiency so downtime is minimised Ensure planned engineering tasks are delivered on time and in full Ensure good repair / manufacturing practices and procedures are followed
Ensure completion of planned maintenance documents / CMMSWork closely with production staff to achieve daily targets
Contribute to cost reduction initiatives to drive efficiency and process improvements Experience and skills required: Qualified maintenance engineer with C&G's or BTEC Level 3 or higher (elec quals required)Multi skilled, mechanical and electrical skills / experience
Apprenticeship trained
Proactive attitude to solving issues and supporting productionFMCG / Food manufacturing experience would be desired, but not essential To apply
