FM Conway is currently seeking an experienced SHEQ professional to join our team as a Manufacturing SHEQ Advisor. You will be working closely with our Aggregate and Asphalt division to drive improvements establishing and maintaining safe systems of work and a safe environment for our colleagues and customers. This is a full-time permanent role based from our Sevenoaks head office. Travel to our various asphalt plants will be an essential requirement of this position.

What skills and experience do you need?
We are looking for a NEBOSH qualified, Manufacturing SHEQ Advisorholding chartered or equivalent professional status, with a background in either process, manufacturing or engineering. We will also consider candidates from industries such as oil and gas, aggregates, chemical and cement. This role will require excellent communication skills, strong business ethics and experience developing and reviewing action plans. The role will involve travel to different depots and sites therefore you must hold a full UK driving licence.
