Working pattern:You will be on a specific shift pattern, creating great opportunities to collaborate, strengthen team connections and build highimpact working relationships face to face.
The Recipe (About the Role)A visible, present on the factory floor (for 80% of the time) with the team, leader whose role is to support the shift manager (and deputise for the shift manager) to manage the safe production process from incoming material to finished goods through brilliant factory floor team leadership ensuring the safety, quality, productivity, cost, delivery & engagement for the key performance indicators are achieved.
