As a Marketing Creative Content Leader in the International Consumer Bank team, you will manage and lead our team of marketing writers, helping us put words to work across every channel within the Chase and Nutmeg brands. You are a fluent storyteller and strategic thinker who will quickly learn about our audience and lead our team to create compelling content that empowers and delights users. Job Responsibilities
  • Lead content strategy within our Creative Studio for engaging, strategic content across every channel in multiple European markets, including web, social, comms, display, OOH, and search, covering both organic and paid media.
  • Manage a team of copywriters and contribute to the Content team’s value and reputation. Be willing to be a hands‑on writer when needed.
  • Ideate and deliver end‑to‑end campaigns, focusing on creating best‑in‑class customer experiences and shaping content and comms across journeys and touchpoints.
  • Continue to develop our brands’ voice and tone to power our marketing and influence the evolution of our products.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to build trust, challenge intelligently, and find smart solutions to tricky problems.
  • Plan for scale by creating playbooks and guidelines that become blueprints for the team’s success.
  • Think critically and get curious to ensure we’re doing things the right way and for the right reasons, and be willing to create or update processes where they could be better.
  • Help the team become better writers and managers by sharing best practices, coaching, and mentoring their progress.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Proven portfolio of consumer brand work demonstrating your expertise.
  • Significant writing experience in a marketing or creative role with an in‑house consumer brand or from an agency working with consumer brands.
  • Relevant people management experience and coaching junior managers in their development.
  • Understanding of the value of great CX and the role content plays in shaping propositions.
  • Critical thinker who asks the right questions.
  • Effective multi‑tasker comfortable prioritizing to meet deadlines.
  • Technically skilled, highly competent writer with a knack for language, from micro‑copy to long‑form.
  • Guardian and advocate for our voice and tone, with high editorial standards.
  • Adept at following processes and understanding the needs of a regulated environment.
  • Team player who looks for opportunities to add value and make an impact.
  • Eager to learn and improve continuously.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in English Language, English Literature, Communications, Journalism, Creative Writing, or similar.
  • Experience shaping, expanding, and working within brand guidelines.
  • Experience managing and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
