What you will do

Media Manager

The Media Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping how we connect with consumers and customers across Northern Europe. This role owns the end-to-end delivery of TTL media planning and activation, spanning digital, retail media, influencer, and offline channels, with accountability for driving brand growth and strong ROI.

 

You will work closely with brand, commercial and agency partners to design best-in-class media plans and ensure they are executed with excellence. With a strong digital-first mindset, you will unlock value through smarter audience activation, optimization, and continuous improvement of ways of working, while championing global playbooks and feeding learnings back into regional and global teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end TTL media planning, activation and optimization across digital, retail media, influencer and offline channels for the Northern European business.
  • Lead the development of best-in-class, multi-channel media plans, supporting brands with media briefing, integrated comms planning and clear strategic inputs (business, brand, consumer, content).
  • Manage media activation and in-flight optimisation, working closely with agency partners and media owners to maximise performance, efficiency and delivery against KPIs.
  • Drive holistic media budget decisioning, ensuring effective allocation, value delivery, savings and strong ROI across all paid channels.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across marketing, commercial, agencies and retailers to plan and deliver integrated TTL and offsite retail media opportunities.
  • Support the development and activation of first-party audience strategies, including audience development, activation, optimisation and governance.
  • Translate campaign, audience and creative performance data into clear insights and recommendations, ensuring learnings are shared, scaled and fed back into future brand and media plans (including MMM and market intelligence).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key agency and platform partners, supporting joint business plans, innovation opportunities and spend commitments.
  • Champion test-and-learn and innovation agendas, defining media, data and AdTech use-cases and scaling successful learnings across plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement of ways of working, processes and governance across internal teams and agency partners.
  • Support the Senior Media Lead in agency management, performance reviews and annual evaluations
