Multi-Trade Operative – Carpentry and Plumbing

Based at Hindle House – Banbury

Working across Banbury and the surrounding areas

£37,358 - £39,324 per year

40 hours per week – Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 4:30pm

We have an opportunity for a Multi-Trade Operative with a primary trade in Carpentry and Plumbing to join our Voids team, based in Banbury. In this role you will be responsible for carrying out general repairs to empty properties across Banbury and the surrounding areas. The role will include both team and lone working. We are looking for a team player with experience in a previous trade role.

The role of Multi-Trade Operativewill include:

• Effective 1st April £37,358 per annum (rising to £39,324 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
