Night Concierge - Balham, SW12 9QEAbout the RoleMTVH are looking for a Night Concierge to provide overnight support, safety, and security within our supported housing services. This role ensures residents feel safe and supported during the night, acting as the first point of contact for any issues or emergencies. You will be responsible for monitoring the building, maintaining a calm environment, and responding to incidents, ensuring all activities are carried out in line with safeguarding and health & safety procedures.Therefore, as part of the teamYou will work independently while remaining connected to the wider Care & Support team, playing a key role in maintaining a secure and supportive environment overnight. You will engage with residents in a calm and professional manner, manage access to the building, and ensure that any incidents or concerns are recorded and communicated effectively to colleagues.Key responsibilitiesProvide overnight cover and act as the first point of contact for residents and visitorsMaintain the safety and security of the building through access control, CCTV monitoring, and regular checksRespond appropriately to emergencies, incidents, and safeguarding concernsRecord and report incidents, maintenance issues, and interactions accuratelyContribute to a clean, safe, and supportive environment for all residentsWhat you'll need to succeedExperience working in a customer-facing or support environmentAbility to work independently and make decisions in challenging situationsStrong communication skills with a calm, professional approachUnderstanding of, or empathy with, vulnerable individuals and their needsBasic IT skills and the ability to maintain accurate recordsInterview date/sTBC London
