Liaise with airline sheds, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations. Lead the Warehouse Operative team - including inductions, development, shift planning, and training. Drive safety and compliance, including risk assessments and best practice implementation. Ensure all documentation is accurate and ready for efficient handover to the day shift. ✅ What You'll Bring Essential: Solid experience in transport and logistics operations Strong understanding of global freight forwarding Knowledge of aviation safety systems and compliance Proven leadership skills and team management experience Sharp decision-making and commercial awareness Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse management systems Desirable: Cargo Management training Forklift Counterbalance and/or Reach truck licences IOSH qualification ?
