Home Manager (NMC Registered) Bangor £57,000 Full Time, Permanent Are you an experienced NMC Registered Home Manager? Readyto take full leadership of a care home in the Bangor area? This is a key senior role where youll be responsible for the overall running of the home, ensuring high standards of care, strong team performance, and solid operational results. Youll be leading a dedicated team, creating a positive and supportive culture, and making sure residents receive safe, person centred care every day. Youll also play a big part in driving occupancy, maintaining compliance, and building strong relationships with families, staff, and external stakeholders.
