Office Manager | Property Developer | West End, London | £35,000 – £45,000

We are working with a property developer based in the heart of the West End, London, who are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being the backbone of a busy office, ensuring everything runs smoothly day to day.

The Role

As Office Manager you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the office, supporting the wider team and senior leadership with a broad range of administrative, operational and facilities management tasks. You will be the go-to person for all things office-related and play a key role in maintaining a professional and productive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the day to day operations of the office including facilities, supplies and maintenance Providing PA and administrative support to senior management as required
  • Managing relationships with suppliers, contractors and service providers
  • Overseeing office health and safety compliance and procedures
  • Supporting HR administration including onboarding of new starters
  • Handling correspondence, document management and filing systems
  • Supporting with event coordination and company communications
