Job Title: On-Site Staff Co-ordinator Location: On-site with client (location to be confirmed) Salary: £27,000 per annum Hours: Thursday - Monday, 5:30am - 2:00pm (40 hours per week, including a 30-minute unpaid break) About the Role We are seeking a reliable and proactive On-Site Staff Co-ordinator to manage and support temporary staff at one of our key client locations. This is a hands-on role where you will be the main point of contact on-site, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining high standards of attendance, performance, and compliance. This position is well-suited to someone who is confident working independently, highly organised, and able to respond quickly to challenges in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day management of temporary staff on-site
Monitor attendance, punctuality, and performance
Address and resolve issues such as staff absence, lateness, and conduct concerns
Ensure all staff are equipped with the correct PPE and equipment
Liaise with the client and internal teams to maintain service levels
Coordinate shift coverage and arrange replacements when required
Maintain accurate records and reporting
Promote a positive, professional, and safe working environment
