Your responsibilities include: Ticketing & Transactions - Checking and issuing tickets, handling cash and card payments. Train Patrol & Customer Support - Managing crowded conditions, assisting passengers, and resolving travel concerns. Accessibility Assistance - Supporting passengers with disabilities as they board and alight trains, including using a portable ramp (weighing up to 15kg) when required.
